ENFORCEMENT
DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROCESS
In the unlikely event that a dispute arises between you and RHYM regarding our handling of your personal information, we will do our best to resolve it. If we cannot, we have selected to cooperate with the relevant EU Data Protection Authority, or a panel established by the European data protection authorities, for resolving disputes with EU individuals For resolving disputes with other individuals anywhere outside EU, we have elected to use Arbitration with the seat of Arbitration in Hyderabad, Telangana under the provisions of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, India. The Arbitration shall be conducted by a Sole Arbitrator. If the Parties are not able to agree upon the selection of an Arbitrator within thirty [30] days of receipt of notice of demand for Arbitration, the Arbitrator shall be selected by the High Court of Telangana in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. The Sole Arbitrator shall have served as an Arbitrator at least five [5] times prior to his service in this Arbitration. The Arbitration shall be conducted in Hyderabad, Telangana, India and the language of the Arbitral proceedings will be English. It is the intent of the Parties that barring extraordinary circumstances, Arbitral proceedings shall be concluded within one hundred and twenty (120) days from the date of the appointment of the Sole Arbitrator. The Sole Arbitrator may extend this time in the interests of justice. Failure to adhere to this time limit shall not constitute a basis for challenging the award. The Parties agree that the Sole Arbitrator shall have authority to grant injunctive or other forms of equitable relief to any Party. Each Party shall pay his own proportionate share of the Arbitrator’s fees and expenses
